why need the Indian president?

Hello everyone who is reading this article and before we go into this article I have a quick disclaimer that I am only writing this article for sharing my thoughts an no intention of offending anyone. for many years in India the president took role in many important functions such as awarding someone (with national awards) or took role being in foreign negotiations. He has no power over the country and is only a representative of the nation. But he doesn’t have any power over the nation although he is claimed to be the symbolic head of the nation. Here in this article the question is why need a representative for the nation while we have our prime minister and foreign affairs minister and many other ambassadors for the nation. The government also gives the president a very decent amount of money to the president’s office of an 80 crore ₹ which is very comparable with taxes of states such as Mizoram in 1990 which is 100 crores ₹. So, my question is it worth it for all this money for just few signatures and handshakes with people of other countries. Are these ceremonies needed? can’t we do all the transactions and ceremonies with the prime minister itself?  these 80 crores can be used for many things. What will be the problem if the government uses its prime minister all the important ceremonies. This threatens India as a republic nation when it is like the president can declare an emergency and make the prime minister a dictator which blocks the constitution and the power to use the presidential rule for ruling a state and the constitution gives the right to it in the name of presidential power. This is really a threat to the nation as a republic when the president as a single person is said to be the head of the nation, even symbolically, also the president gets the choice to choose 12 MPs in the Rajya Sabha which should be done by the people of India. The president of India also gets chance to sign bills by the parliament to make it as a law. If not the law is not passed. Other nations have their president who is in the role of our prime minister here, there he works the assembly for creating new laws and is not just used for shaking hands with ambassadors of other nations. I am not just talking about the president also the Governers in all states of India when a state gets into presidential rule. This is the same mistake the French revolution did it let the assembly and let the king co- exist. Do we need all this drama while India has lots of poor people. The government of India is telling that the president is the first citizen of India which is surely insulting the rest of the population. I also request the Indian government to consider my thought and to take actions for this issue. I also want to apologize to the president of India as this article is against her or him.
