social reformation in my eyes

hello readers welcome to iCurion today I am going to discuss the idea of social reformation in my eyes.

social reformation is breaking the rules of your certain religion or society which are oppressing you or any other part of your society for example the Dravidian movement which was started by E.V. Ramaswamy Periyar or also referred as Thanthai Periyar who fought against the caste system of India. If we were in such society, we should not wait for someone else to reform your society it is our duty to do it, and it is a right given by the Indian constitution (Liberty). social reformation is not only about your religion it is also about society you can and should be against any political leader who is not treating your society equally. why I like social reformation and often I talk about it, because when I started reading the book Periyar by author Bala Jeyaraman, I got inspired of Periyar who protested fearlessly against the social evils in his society. I got inspired how he went to jail and how he took the risk of going to jail for a reason which changed his whole society. I am very pleased with his ideology of justice and equality. I am not only talking about him but every social reformer such as Ambedkar, Nelson Mandela. It has been my belief that every social reformer has to be remembered by whole humanity. Even in my experience in my maternal village of Keerathur I have seen many people using caste names to address houses or restricting children to play with children of other caste. caste may have been used by societies for filling gaps of certain jobs in the time when it was formed, but now it is used by upper caste people to oppress lower caste people (many decades ago). It is also our job to spread awareness about it any social evils. not only that we shouldn’t disturb people of another society (tribal people). We have to conserve another civilization and let it be. Some company owners who destroy forests or mountains which are having tribal people in it for just some small minerals without even giving some decent amount of compensation for the loss of the tribal people. In my experience have seen two mountains in Sholingar temple, a hill temple and while in a pilgrimage to Annamalai I have seen two bauxite mining sites. These places are religiously important sites so these may contain tribals. Also, in some areas of tribal people such as the ones in northeast India, Andaman Nicobar Islands and many other tribal occupied areas have been treated badly by the forces of the Indian government sometimes.
